Firecracker Shrimp Kabob Salad
- 1/4 cups Amablu or St. Pete's Select blue cheese crumbles*
- 8 oz. ranch dressing
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 25 jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup better
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (tabasco, Franksm etc.)
- 1/4 cup hickory BBQ sauce
- Salad Greens
- Mix together first 4 ingrediants for Amablu cheese dressing. Set aside. Melt butter and hot sauce together, add BBQ sauce and mix well.
- Dredge shrimp in butter & hot sauce mixture and place on skewers. Grill until fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Pace cooked skewers on salad greens and top with Amablu cheese dressing for a crisp summer salad with some heat!
