Firecracker Shrimp Kabob Salad

  • 25 jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup better
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (tabasco, Franksm etc.)
  • 1/4 cup hickory BBQ sauce
  • Salad Greens
  • Mix together first 4 ingrediants for Amablu cheese dressing. Set aside. Melt butter and hot sauce together, add BBQ sauce and mix well.
  • Dredge shrimp in butter & hot sauce mixture and place on skewers. Grill until fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
  • Pace cooked skewers on salad greens and top with Amablu cheese dressing for a crisp summer salad with some heat!
